Oklahoma City Oil and Gas Company seeks a full-time data entry specialist with high attention to detail to assist our accounting department. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Excel and complete the assessment test.

Responsibilities

· Data entry and analysis of Oil & Gas revenue check detail

· Accurate coding and processing of Joint Interest Billings for Non-Operated wells

· Recording of daily bank transactions in the General Ledger

· Assist with monthly mailing to owners and vendors

· Monthly bank reconciliations

· Various other tasks as given

Skills/Requirements:

· Proficient in Excel

· Strong data entry and ability to maintain accurate records and information

· Strong 10 Key

· Self-Starter

· Exceptional attention to detail

· Oil and Gas Experience a plus

· WolfePak/PakEnergy Accounting software a plus

Full Time in the office Monday thru Friday 8:00 – 4:45
