We are seeking a receptionist/administrative assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. You will be the first point of contact for our client or prospect whether via phone, e-mail or in person. The person with an energetic, friendly and resourceful attitude will become part of our growing team. Position can be part time or full time as agreed upon.
Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and handle client phone calls and in person interactions.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Tax return assembly and transmission
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on correspondence
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Tax and accounting personnel support

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter
• Ability to work well with the entire team to contribute to overall goals.
• Marketing and bookkeeping skills are a plus.
