Job Title : Customer Service Rep
Hours : 8-5 Monday-Friday
Compensation : $20 / hour DOE

Primary Responsibilities :
- Manage the order book for each assigned account.
- Manage the forecast book for each assigned account.
- Maintain timely communication by voice and e-mail with all assigned accounts.
- Maintain timely communication by voice and e-mail with the Account Manager group and the Production Planning group concerning Customer requirements present and future.
- Develop and maintain quality relationships with customers
- Provide basic product support for all Customers through the use of the technical catalogs and price books.
Job Requirements :
- High school / GED diploma minimum.
- Prefer 1-2 years’ experience in technical customer service or inside sales.
- Prefer a 4-year college degree (BA or BS).
- Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
