Job Description:

We are seeking two Customer Service Assistants to join our client's Lab Services team on a part-time basis. The role involves assisting with patient registrations and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and process registration information for patients
• Verify insurance details and secure necessary authorizations
• Respond to inquiries about services, policies, and procedures
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient access to services
• Answer calls related to patient registrations
• Distribute departmental information as required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare customer service preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
• Familiarity with EPIC software preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
