Addictive Desert Designs is Hiring a Press Brake Operator **1st & 2nd Shift Near Mesa, AZ

Now located in Chandler, AZ in a brand new, state-of-the-art, climate controlled, 160,000 sq. ft. facility. 


Summary of Key Responsibilities: The Press Brake Operator 1st and 2nd shift is responsible for daily operation of Press Brakes including but not limited to set-up, bending of material per specifications, basic machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimization of safety.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Daily operation of press brake from pre-set programs with minor adjustments for material variations.
  • Basic set up and loading of tools.
  • Form parts per specifications to meet quality and production goals.
  • Maintaining/cleaning of equipment.
  • Trumpf press brake experience is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and related equipment.
  • Ability to read and operate basic measurement tools (tape measure, protractor, calipers)
  • Self-motivated and respond timely to production requirements
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Contribute to building a positive team spirit and put success of the team above own interests.
  • Ability to speak English fluently.
  • Reliable transportation to comply with company attendance policy.

Summary of Experience and Education:

  • High school Diploma or GED.
  • Must be 18 or over.
  • Experience in fabrication or manufacturing is a plus. 
  • CNC press brake operator experience preferred.

Compensation and Schedule:

  • $20.00 - $23.00 / hr (DOE)
  • 8-hour shift (Monday - Friday)
  • 1st and 2nd shift opening available

Work Location: In-Person at our facility in Chandler, AZ
