The Role

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Data Management Products team. The team delivers applications to clients and operators for importing various data sets easily and accurately into Addepar. Your mission will be to lead an inclusive team spanning structured and unstructured domains of data management.

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.

The current range for this role is $158,000 - $248,000 (base salary) bonus equity benefits.

What You’ll Do

• Coaching and mentoring a team of software and machine learning engineers
• Driving software delivery and improving engineering processes
• Collaborating with partner teams, across engineering and product, to deliver impactful results for our customers and operations users

• You are curious and hardworking engineer with experience in Java, Python and Data Platforms.
• You are clear in your communications and know how to coach engineers to succeed.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP cloud deployment
