The Patterson Center for Resiliency LLC is a rapidly growing group practice located in Colorado Springs. We specialize in trauma, attachment, and related disorders for families, children, and adults. We are seeking a new fully licensed clinician for up to either 31 or 39 hours a week. We offer:

We value teamwork, comradery, and a high level of service to our clients and community. Positions are available for the following hours. We are closed Weekends.

Requirements
Applicants without the below minimum qualifications or incomplete applications will not be considered. Special preference for social workers, applicants with EMDR training, SUD providers, applicants with past eating disorder experience, and those with experience with a wide range of ages.
This is an hourly paid position, not a fee split. That is, you are paid for your time regardless of whether or not a session is held or reimbursed. Fully licensed program managers start at $65,000-$68,000 per year before bonuses.
We want you to focus on what matters most - the client. Therefore, we pay the same amount per hour - regardless of insurance, admin time, no shows, time spent in meetings or supervision, etc. You never have to worry about what your paycheck will be with us.
