ADCO, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative.

This will be a full-time, day-shift, on-site position.

We're on the lookout for an individual with over 1 year of experience in customer service within the direct mail/print production field. This role involves full hands-on accountability for managing accounts and production across multiple direct mail projects. Responsibilities encompass end-to-end campaign planning and execution, covering digital services, bindery/finishing, data processing, personalization, lettershop services, and compliance with postal regulations. The ideal candidate must be able to discern and balance client demands for quality, adherence to schedules, and staying within budget constraints.

Key Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• Previous experience in customer service within the direct mail/print production industry is essential.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with clients and marketing partners to propose and implement production solutions.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities are a must. This involves developing campaign schedules, monitoring them throughout the production cycle, and promptly communicating any changes or issues.
• Direct experience in managing letter shop/mailing service processes, including data processing, personalization, quality control checks, inventory management, and postal reconciliation.
• Ability to review new package specifications with the client's creative teams at every phase in the process, providing recommendations for paper, format, manufacturing, and postage to enhance cost efficiencies.
• Detail-oriented and organized with robust mathematical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
