Position Overview:
As a Guest Service Agent at Adamas Lux, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service and assistance to our guests throughout their stay. Your dedication to exceeding expectations and attention to detail will ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable arrival experience.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Anticipate guest needs and preferences to ensure personalized service and enhance the guest experience.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby, upholding our luxury standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or guest service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
