The Role we are hiring for:

We are looking for a Sales Professional to join us at Adam Vaillancourt Roofing. This individual shows willingness to master the Adam Vaillancourt Sales Process through an extensive onboarding process. They will be responsible for meeting with clients, understanding their specific needs and offering solutions. The Roofing Sales Professional brings excellent listening and problem-solving skills with 1-2 years of experience with roofing/construction.

The Requirements needed:

  • 1-2 years of roofing and/or construction experience
  • Previous experience in sales
  • Willing to work outside in all weather conditions

The Skills you bring:

  • You have technical knowledge and/or experience with roofing solutions and/or construction
  • Previous roofing or construction experience
  • Able to drive a full-size company truck
  • Able to lift and carry 80 lbs.
  • Able to climb a ladder and access a roof in varying weather conditions
  • Outdoor Aptitude – able to work and drive-in ever-changing weather conditions
  • Able to respond to help calls/flexible scheduling
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record and proof of insurance
  • Able to pass a drug test and background check
