This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at adam&eveDDB NY as the Client Growth Director. You are the right person for this role if you are self-motivated, visionary, and a highly proactive individual. You are capable of identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand and strengthen our existing client relationships, while driving revenue growth for both adam&eveDDB and the client. Your success will be evaluated against achieving aggressive business growth objectives.
In this role, you will swiftly acquire knowledge of our agency’s capabilities, and our greater network’s capabilities, to contribute to the growth and financial success of the office. You will build strong client relationships with key clients, helping to advance the agency’s reputation and quality of work. You will mostly partner with the Account leads for our two largest clients in North America in year 1.
