Lanier Village Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in our skilled nursing neighborhood. Our beautiful, gated community is located in Gainesville, GA and is a warm and friendly environment!

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating new hire orientation programs, educational in-service/clinical programs, and training for all nursing personnel. Oversees the infection control program as a designated infection preventionist (willing to train!) to comply with Federal and State regulations, and to provide training to nursing staff. Assists the Director of Nursing (DON) with management and administrative functions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of three years’ clinical experience in a long-term care setting
• Clinical supervisory experience is preferred
• CPR/BLS current/eligible
