What You'll Do:
As a Trust & Estates Attorney, you'll advise fiduciaries in probate pleadings and trust administration matters.
You'll draft and administrate estate plans.
Beyond that, you'll review trust and fiduciary accounting for attorney-trustees.
What Your Impact Is:
You'll work with high-net-worth clients on some of the largest estates in the state and country.
Your personalized plans will help clients avoid lengthy and costly probate processes.
You'll preserve the legacies of our Clients and protect their loved ones from predators.
Requirements
You're a STRONG FIT if you have 6 years of experience in estate planning and trust & probate administration.
Note: You must have an LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning and be licensed to practice law in Texas.
