Operations Manager
Job Description
The Operations Manager serves on a company’s leadership team to oversee the performance,
Qualifications:
efficiency, and satisfaction of employees. You will analyze the company’s organizational process and find ways to enhance employees’ work quality and productivity. The Operations Manager will build operational policies and strategies that keep the organization functioning smoothly and project growth.
· 8 – 15 years of experience as an operations manager or similar role
· Forecasting, and avoiding overstocking experience.
· Manufacturing in an Assembly and /or in the electronic industry is required.
· Deep knowledge of production management, Forecasting, budgeting and KPIs Analysis.
· Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
· Ability to coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well as a group
· Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
· Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
Responsibilities:
· Creating and implementing long- and short-term strategic plans for the organization in partnership with the CEO.
· Building and developing a top-notch management team across all departments.
· Overseeing the organization's operations to ensure excellence and strategic goals are achieved.
· Driving company-wide growth defined by the strategic plan, both organically and inorganically
· Directing company-wide financial outcomes, including KPIs, budget creation & adherence, and employee and customer satisfaction.
· Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime.
· Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines
· Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines.
· Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel.
· Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees.
· Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management.
· Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product
safety or integrity.

Pay: $125,955.18 - $135,268.60 per year
