Job Description:
The Service Technician is a Tech Support Rep and will troubleshoot customer tech problems. The role is crucial to our operation and the operation of our customers. The Technician will ensure that all technical aspects are functioning optimally, maximizing computer system capabilities, and making recommendations. The Technician will troubleshoot and repair of IP camera systems, touchscreen HMI systems, Intercommunication systems, PLC control systems, video visitation systems, and Detention grade locking hardware on customer sites.
