Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying needs, and developing strategies to meet business objectives.

Duties:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and objectives
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau
- Utilize SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Create process flow diagrams using Visio
- Assist in database design and ETL processes
- Utilize VBA for automation tasks
- Apply Python for data analysis and automation
- Participate in software development life cycle (SDLC) processes
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Visio, SQL, VBA, Tableau, ETL, Python, and database design
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies
- Ability to vaticinate trends and provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis
