Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and manage maintenance operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, and the ability to supervise maintenance staff effectively.

Duties:

- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain and repair industrial equipment, including high voltage machinery
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
- Oversee the installation of new equipment and machinery
- Create and interpret schematics for maintenance tasks
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders

Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage maintenance staff
- Ability to maintain high voltage equipment safely and efficiently
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics for troubleshooting
- Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management
- Knowledge of low voltage systems for facility maintenance
