Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Honolulu, HI
Responsibilities
Customer Interaction and Support:
· Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or in-person. Act as the first point of contact for clients seeking staffing solutions and for candidates interested in employment opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs better. Regularly follow up to ensure their requirements are met and to gather feedback for service improvement.
Candidate Communication:
· Communicate effectively with potential and current temporary staff about job opportunities, assignments, and scheduling. Provide clear instructions and support throughout their placement process.
Payroll Administration:
· Process payroll for temporary employees, ensuring accurate calculation of hours worked, deductions, and processing of payments in a timely manner. Address any payroll-related queries from temporary staff.
Scheduling and Assignment Coordination:
· Manage the scheduling of temporary staff, coordinating between client needs and employee availability. Ensure that all assignments are filled promptly and efficiently.
Recruitment and Onboarding Support:
· Assist in the recruitment process by screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and compliance with employment laws.
Database and Records Management:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients, candidates, job orders, placements, and payroll in the company's database. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Problem Resolution:
· Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise between clients and temporary staff, including scheduling conflicts, payroll discrepancies, or performance concerns, in a professional and timely manner.
Reporting and Analysis:
· Prepare and analyze reports on customer service metrics, staffing placements, and payroll expenses to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
Continuous Improvement:
· Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance job performance. Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes and strategies to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
