Our chiropractic clinic is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent time management and project management skills to oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic. Will be Positive, inspiring, and adaptable to unexpected situations while simultaneously being analytical and forward thinking.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including staff scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks
- Tracking and interpreting stats to gauge the health of the practice
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Coordinate and lead staff meetings to ensure clear communication and collaboration among team members
- Monitor and maintain clinic expenses, especially inventory and supplies
- Handle patient and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the chiropractic team to ensure quality patient care and treatment plans
- Assist with marketing and promotional efforts to attract and retain patients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or management preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google suite, and electronic health records systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of chiropractic care and medical terminology is a plus
Ideal candidate will:
Personal experience with chiropractic or functional medicine, a basic knowledge of insurance, and experience with excel is a plus. Marketing or sales experience and comfort with social media is also preferred.
