An international third-party logistics company in the Northern Kentucky area is seeking an Warehouse Specialist responsible for organizing the preparation of incoming and outgoing truck loads. Sound like the job for you? Read on.

Responsibilities:

• Receive orders from customers and enter the orders into system
• Enter received cargo into the system
• Coordinate preparation of shipments with warehouse staff
• Track all inbound shipments
• Arrange bookings with carriers
• Create invoices for customers
• Send vendor invoices to accounting department

Qualifications:

• 2 years of logistics/freight forwarding experience in warehouse environment
• Experience tracking shipments and working with invoices
• Strong communication and organizational skills
