We are seeking a Korean/ English Bilingual Accounting Assistant at an industrial components manufacturer near Chicago, IL area.

Responsibilities- Korean/ English Bilingual Accounting Assistant

· Manage daily accounts receivable and payable

· Prepare to file monthly sales tax and tax return for both federal and states

· Review employees' expense report and prepare reimbursement payment

· Bank reconciliation, bank deposits, and manage transactions

· Assist preparing internal and external Audit

· Support Monthly, quarterly and yearly closing

· Other accounting job duties as needed

Qualification- Korean/ English Bilingual Accounting Assistant:

· Associates in Accounting or Finance

· 0-3 years Accounting experience preferably in manufacturing industry

· Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors

· Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage etc.), SAP experience will be plus

· Business-Level of both Korean and English language skills are required

· Excellent communication skills (Reading, Speaking, Listening, Writing)

· Organization skills

· Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
