A food wholesaler company is looking for a Bilingual English/Spanish or Japanese Sales Support Representative to join their team in Commerce, CA. This position is responsible for assisting sales representatives with international business and other duties as needed. A HS degree or higher, office work experience (not retail), strong MS Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint), and the ability to speak Spanish or Japanese are required. This is a full-time, in-person, non-exempt position with excellent benefits and 401k.

Bilingual English/Spanish or Japanese Sales Support Representative Duties:
-Assist sales representatives with international business
-Maintain customer and vendor relations
-Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
-Input orders and documentation
-Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals including department records or sales trends
-Provide data and guides, and prepare reports to help the sales team
-General office and administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and filing
-Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings
-Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches
-Other related duties as needed

Bilingual English/Spanish or Japanese Sales Support Representative Skills:
-Must be able to speak Spanish or Japanese
-Must have a HS degree or higher
-Must have strong MS Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint)
-Must have office work experience (not retail)
-Ability to work independently and in team settings
-Well organized and deadline oriented
