An international IT company in the Canton, MI area is looking for an Bilingual Japanese/English Sales Account Manager responsible for maintaining and growing customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Contact and visit new and existing customers
• Employ strategies to solve customers' needs and issues as it relates to system and network integration
• Met with business partners and vendors to solve customers' needs and issues
• Present and demonstrate company products or services to customers directly
• Negotiate prices and service agreements
• Help coordinate projects for implementation of network infrastructure
• Help troubleshoot customers' systems with engineering team

Requirements:

• Prefer at least an Associate's degree
• Business level Japanese and English language skills
• At least 5 years of related IT sales or engineering experience
• Experience with system integration or project management
• Ability to perform basic IT-related mathematics
• Strong communication and organizational skills
