You will have mission-critical responsibilities and this role has many advancement opportunities within our organization. This key role will be responsible for driving the growth of our business as we continue to expand in Texas including:

• Use your already proven business-to-business lead generation capabilities to engage business owners who would like to achieve greater success and a better life as a result
• Set 3 or more Strategic Planning Sessions with prospective clients per day using one or more of our 26 proven lead generation strategies developed over the past 30 years
• Create & Execute Your Lead Generation Game Plan in coordination with the CEO to make the most effective use of Your Time
• Your offer to the prospective clients is a valuable business review & growth plan for their business at no charge…this valuable offer provides a high Conversion Rate for You
• Continue to learn & develop your capabilities through our ongoing training & development programs and sharing of best practices across Texas
• Build market awareness of our Purpose, Vision and Offerings
• Reporting to the CEO on your Objectives & Key Results progress
• Effective use of our professional CRM System to make your days more productive
• Take on more responsibilities to earn promotions over time
