Action Floor Systems, LLC is Hiring an Assembly Line Worker Near Mercer, WI

Starting wage is $17.00 per hour plus a generous non-discretionary bonuses such as bi-weekly attendance wage bonus, quarterly safety bonus, referral bonus.

This is a full time position with the following shift schedule: Monday through Friday (5 days per week) 6 am to 2:30 pm.

Available Cross Training:

  • End Matching (involves defecting and checking for missed/unmatched ends)
  • Grading (the process of determining the type of grade based on the company internal grading rules)
  • Nesting (involves fitting flooring pieces together to form a bundle)
  • Strapping (involves strapping the bundles)

Qualifications:

  • Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands & arms
  • Ability to frequently push & pull objects (5-10 lbs range)
  • Ability to lift one bundle (50lb weight) and place it on the shipping crate.
