Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Out of Network Specialist to join our team in Austin, TX. • Manage accounts receivable processes for Out of Network claims, including billing, payment posting, and follow-up.
• Utilize Central Reach, Sales Force, Excel, and the Google suite of products to track and manage Out of Network claims and reimbursement.
• Analyze payment discrepancies and denials to identify opportunities for improved reimbursement rates.
• Negotiate with Out of Network plans to maximize reimbursement for services rendered.
• Collaborate with internal billing and coding teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of claims.
• Maintain accurate records of payment agreements, correspondence, and reimbursement rates.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to Out of Network reimbursement rates and collections.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in a medical practice setting, with a focus on accounts receivable and reimbursement.
• 2-3 years of experience negotiating with Out of Network plans to maximize reimbursement.
• Proficiency in Central Reach, Sales Force, Excel, and the Google suite of products.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with payers and providers.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in billing and reimbursement processes.
