Currently hiring a Structural Design Engineer PE or EIT for an Architecture Engineering company that specializes in building design, forensics, and restoration/rehabilitation projects!!! There are huge opportunities for growth, quarterly & annual bonuses, overtime, and more!!
Job Description:
- Design of Forensics and Building Envelope Projects
- Will work on historic preservation, restoration, and building envelope projects
- Provide the technical design, detailing, and specification of structural repairs and new structural design on restoration projects
- Reviewing projects with the junior EIT
- Reviewing field work
- Coordinating with Architecture team and Project Managers on projects to address any Structural issues and how to resolve them
- Trouble Shooting Projects
- Structural Calculations
- Develop complete construction documents including drawings, sketches, and specifications
Skills:
- Professional Engineer License
- QPSI Certification - Quality Parking Structure Inspection
- Structural Engineering
- Experience with Retaining Walls, Structural Steel, Concrete, Masonry, and Wood Structures
- Design of Building Envelope Projects
- Design of Facade and Restoration Buildings
- Design of Parking Structures
- Revit
- Structural Design
- Structural Calculations
- Bluebeam
- Plangrid
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-EIT and ability to get PE within 6 months
Experience Level:
