Actalent is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team in the Austin area!

Responsibilities:

Oversee quality efforts for plant

Work with production team on all three shifts for process improvement, finding root cause and solution for issues

Handling communication with Iowa team

Setting up audits and running as point person for all audits

Ensuring ISO certified standards are kept

Handling customer complaints and communicating to team

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering
• Bachelors Degree preferred
• Comfortable explaining why quality is important and taking a hands on approach with production team to implement changes where needed
