Responsible for project management and contract administration, including scheduling, project cost control, estimating and autonomous project closeouts. Some other responsibilities include: scheduling and coordinating subcontractors to maximize ROI, Negotiate, prepare and review contracts with clients, ability to schedule multiple projects utilizing computer aided scheduling software.
