Description:

Working on JOC projects in the City

Lead project by working closely with Project Managers, APMs, and Superintendents (Team of 6)

Manage client expectations by providing continuous communication on project budget and schedule

Run comprehensive project schedules

Oversee the submittal, change order, and pay request process

Collaborate with field superintendents and subcontractors to ensure a smooth project schedule

Mediate field conflicts between subcontractors

Negotiate and write contracts with subcontractors and vendors

Expedite permitting with state and local government agencies

Organize project weather logs, safety reports, and daily Superintendent reports

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Civil Engineering

7 years of Construction experience

Must be coming from a GC (No Subs)

Project experience from Federal Government JOC

Experience with Construction Software: Bluebeam, Submittal Exchange (or similar)

Ability to be aggressive and take charge of the field team

Travel to jobsites every 2-3 weeks
