Actalent is Hiring an Estimator Near Louisville, KY
Description:
- Work the entire lifecycle of a bid
- Analyze and review construction document
- Identify scope of work and perform quantity takeoffs of site, civil and underground utility work
- Solicit and review proposals from material vendors and subcontractors to ensure accuracy, evaluate responses, scope compliance, and make recommendations with regards to the overall project estimate and bid package.
- Develop preliminary construction schedules based on the project information provided in the plans and specifications.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Construction estimating experience
Well-versed in excel
Strong math skills
Degree preferred (engineering or construction management)
Project Management experience preferred
