Actalent is currently partnered with an Architecture firm that is HQ'd in Arizona and the architecture firm has an additional office in Dublin, OH. The architecture firm is receiving assistance from Actalent to help recruit Architectural Project Manager to join their firm on a Direct Hire basis. The architecture firm is looking to hire experience Project Manager for both their Phoenix, AZ and Dublin, OH locations.

The architecture firm predominantly focuses on the following project types; Aviation, Higher Education, Healthcare, and Community and these projects are all across the United States. As the Project Manager you will be more of a seller-doer which would entail you fulfilling Project Management responsibilities and architectural design responsibilities.

Project Management responsibilities could include updating the client on the progress of the project, addressing any changes to the overall scope of the project, interacting with consultants, scheduling the project, budgeting of the project, managing a team of less tenured designers for production, and performing construction administration.

Design responsibilities could include following through with all phases of design from conceptual design to construction administration, utilizing Revit to produce complete sets of construction documents, and performing Quality Control checks on drawings.

This will be a Direct Hire position with the Architecture firm so you will start Day 1 with the architecture firm as their employee.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
• 4 year degree within Architecture
• Strong understanding of Revit and also being able to design 3d models within Revit
• Project experience with large commercial building such as higher education, schools, healthcare, aviation, government facilities, etc.
• Architecture registration is Preferred
• Cannot have multiple jobs with a short tenure
