Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with FDA regulations. Responsibilities: - Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products - Utilize precision measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to verify product dimensions and specifications - Conduct quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality systems - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions - Fabricate test samples and conduct tests to evaluate product performance and reliability - Analyze data and generate reports on quality metrics, trends, and non-conformance incidents - Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems - Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to quality assurance - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency Skills: - Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and quality systems - Proficient in conducting quality inspections using precision measuring instruments - Experience with quality audits and implementing corrective actions - Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles is a plus - Ability to operate coordinate measuring machine (CMM) is preferred - Excellent analytical skills to analyze data and identify trends or issues - Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision - Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Join our team as a Quality Assurance Technician and contribute to our commitment to delivering high-quality products.
