Job Title: Supply Chain Assistant

Location: 141 Engelhard Road Attapulgus GA 39815

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour

Pay Rate: $15-$18/Hourly

Job Description: The incumbent will provide administrative and clerical support as directed to meet site objectives. Incumbent may also be assigned additional duties as directed, including, but not limited to cycle counting, warehouse forklift driver as needed, and coordination with operations department. The incumbent will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and Supply Chain Planners to ensure documentation and materials are up to date and ready as needed for production.

Principal Responsibilities: Provides daily administrative support/functions, including but not limited to various reports in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP. ? Inventory reviews and issuing cycle counts.? Packaging reviews for artwork, labeling requirements, requisition templates, master data updates.? Multi-tasks and responds to evolving priorities relating to supply chain and logistics.? Maintain a clean and orderly work area. ? Follows site safety rules and promotes their observance in performance of job duties.? Performs other work-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications: High School Diploma? 3-5 years of administrative and/or logistics experience? Must have excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills? Must be detail-oriented and able to read and interpret company policies, procedures, and guidelines? Strong time-management and organizational skills? Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)? Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds Preferred Qualifications: ? Proficiency in SAP platforms (procurement and logistics functions) and Lotus Notes? Strong data analysis? Shipping & Receiving experience? Experience working in a 5S and safety-conscious environment.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
