Acquired Philadelphia is a full service talent acquisition consultancy partnering with businesses locally and nationally to acquire and retain the right talent. We are on a mission to disrupt the outdated and overpriced Recruiting and Staffing industry.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR ), you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by generating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential customers, and nurturing relationships to ultimately schedule meetings or demos for our sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Research and gather information on target accounts to understand their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
  • Engage with prospects to articulate the value proposition of our products or services and identify opportunities for collaboration.
  • Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, or follow-up calls for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Continuously learn about our products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value to prospects.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years' of relevant sales experience
  • Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about lead generation and conversion.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving success.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or SaaS industry is desirable but not required.
