We are growing and have an immediate opportunity for a Senior Leasing Consultant in our property Eaton Square Apartments located in Alexandria, VA - 416 units approx. 

We're looking for a talented Senior Leasing Consultant who will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to managing and coordinating the leasing activities of properties, including marketing, tenant screening, lease negotiation, and tenant relations. Ensuring that properties are leased to qualified tenants and that occupancy rates are maximized.

What you will be doing

• Optimize and maintain high occupancy and renewal rates through effective leasing and tenant retention strategies.
• Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to attract qualified tenants.
• Conduct comprehensive tenant screenings and lease negotiations to secure favorable terms.
• Enhance tenant relations and address their concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and collaborate with management to refine leasing practices and property offerings.
• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to attract potential tenants. Craft eye-catching property listings for distribution on websites, social media, and real estate portals.

What you will bring along

• High school diploma/GED required (Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales or Advertising preferred)
• 3 years of leasing experience needed
• Knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Knowledge on Onesite, MRI or other PM system
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others
• Excellent communication and closing skills
• Strong understanding of property management concepts and issues
• Strong organizational skills 
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
