Significance is seeking a GPP&E Asset Management Senior Consultant to support our Navy Real Property account. Specifically, this Sr. Consultant will lead/manage a work stream and team to meet objectives related to business process improvement, inventory, internal controls, audit remediation, and defining/analyzing/recommending improvements based on data analytics and key performance indicators (KPI). Candidates must be located in the National Capital Region (NCR) or be willing to relocate/contribute to in-person client and team engagements in the NCR within the next six months. Travel may encompass up to 25% of the engagement.

Required Skills:

• Active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain clearance.

• Bachelor's Degree in related discipline

• 5-7 years experience in audit readiness/response, business process improvement (BPI), business transformation and/or property related activities. 

• Experience providing inventory support services to DoD or federal organizations, building and maintaining relationships with key client personnel, helping to develop and implement short-term and long-term asset management / real property strategies.

• Experience conducting reviews of policies/procedures, reviewing/researching/drafting Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), tracking remediation activities, and supporting BPI initiatives.

• Experience working with DoD and Federal agencies in an audit/accounting capacity 

• Working knowledge of DoD and Federal financial management and accounting regulations

• 5-7 years experience with technical and/or professional writing, portraying an ability to independently conduct background research, structure written work products, and articulate an approach or recommendations.

• Professional experience with project management and program analysis, with hands on experience presenting information verbally and facilitating discussions with representatives from all levels of an organization.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)

• Demonstrated experience contributing to proposal technical write-ups in areas of expertise.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Project and Access

• Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, PowerBi, Power Automate)

• Experience in Real Property life-cycle management
