Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assist in preparing accurate and timely project bids

· Review project plans, specifications, and other documents

· Quantify materials, labor, and equipment required for projects

· Assist in preparing bid packages and proposals

· Perform cost estimates and accurate take-offs

· Utilize Sage estimating and ON Screen takeoff Software or be willing to learn

· Ensure all bid deadlines are met

· Develop and foster relationships with current and potential clients

· Exceptional ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, addendums, and alternates to accurately define the scope of work

· Manage multiple tasks simultaneously

· Collaborate with the estimating team to ensure bid accuracy and completeness

· Maintain organized bid files and documentation

· Provide support to project managers and other team members as needed

· Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
