Position Details:

Position Type: Full-time, exempt

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Location: On-site

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in electronic takeoffs and estimating processes
  • Familiarity with On-Screen, Sage, and Sage Estimating software (or willingness to learn)
  • Strong analytical and mathematical acumen

  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to precision
  • Efficient time management and task prioritization

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the estimating team to prepare accurate project bids
  • Review project plans, specifications, and related documents
  • Conduct material, labor, and equipment quantifications for projects
  • Create bid packages and proposals
  • Perform cost estimates and precise takeoffs
  • Utilize Sage estimating and On-Screen takeoff software proficiently
  • Meet all bid deadlines consistently
  • Cultivate relationships with current and potential clients
  • Interpret plans, specifications, addendums, and alternates accurately
  • Manage multiple tasks concurrently with efficiency
  • Ensure bid accuracy and completeness through collaboration
  • Maintain organized bid files and documentation
  • Provide support to project managers and team members as required
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
