Position: The Ace Relocation Client Engagement Specialist interviews persons by telephone or online video conferencing to transfer data to table of measurements. The Client Engagement Specialist will ask specific questions, record answers, and assist persons with completing virtual survey of the household goods that will be relocated.

The pay rate is $16 per hour. Starting rates are based on criteria such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable agreement. Dependent on the length of service, hours worked, and applicable agreements, benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and optional disability insurance, sick pay of 2.66 hours for every 80 hours worked, Vacation pay of 3.08 hours for every 80 hours worked, paid holidays (6 days annually), three personal days (prorated based on start date), bereavement pay and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): The following are required to enable job holders to perform the essential functions of the job.

• High School Diploma or GED
• No prior experience necessary

Technology Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Competent with Microsoft Teams
