• Prepare service orders.
• Receive and respond to driver complaints.
• Verify service information for correctness, checking it against previously obtained information as necessary.
• Review orders for completeness according to reporting procedures and forward incomplete orders for further processing.
• File copies of orders received, or post orders on records.
• Recommend services that may help with the repairs.
• Calculate and compile order-related statistics and prepare reports for management.

• Must attach a current resume
• Must be detailed oriented and highly organized.
• Must have knowledge of diesel mechanics and parts.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications and general databases a plus.
• The day will be spent frequently sitting, occasionally standing, and occasionally walking.
• Shift Hours 10:00am - 6:30pm with overtime if needed.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
