What you will be doing:

• Ensure that parking policies and procedures meet expectations and established standards, while maximizing profitability and minimizing financial exposure.
• Participate in the hiring, training, coaching and counseling processes of team members to ensure performance standards are met.
• Assist in the planning and directing of special event activities and staff performance.
• Respond to and resolve guest and/or visitor complaints, vehicle claims, and service discrepancies.
• Maintain continual communication with property management, customers, and guests.
• Monitor production levels and performance to implement cost reduction initiatives, while supporting a spirit of cooperation among locations and departments.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing team members on the use of equipment and resources.

What we are looking for:

• 1-year supervisory experience required.
• Prior parking experience preferred.
• Possess excellent customer service skill
• Demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of and working skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment
• Ability to work in a high energy environment, handle multiple tasks, and work within time constraints.
