Job Overview: Van-K Wheels is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Order Fulfillment Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for customer service, efficiently processing and fulfilling customer orders, and ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be capable of multitasking, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Full-time. M-F - 8 hour shift. Please provide any Karting knowledge or experience in your resume.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Receive, review, and enter customer orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping, adhering to established procedures and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize order fulfillment processes and address any challenges.
- Inspect products for defects or damages before packaging to maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace.
- Communicate effectively with other departments, such as production and planning, to resolve order-related issues
- Communicate effectively with other departments, providing customer feedback regarding quality, new product offerings, and general industry information.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, processes, and safety guidelines.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience with Kart or Quarter Midget Racing
- Proven experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to lift and move packages of various sizes, adhering to safety guidelines.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
