ACE MANUFACTURING is Hiring a Machine Operator 1st Shift Near UNKNOWN, IN
Ace Manufacturing has two (2) full time, first shift positions. One (1) working Tue-Fri, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and one (1) working M-TH, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. This position implements instructions as given by the Supervisor or Manager to include accurate and safe operation at the assigned workstation, proper ID stamping of all parts, completion of required paperwork, keeping area neat and performing routine maintenance on machines.
COVID-19 considerations: Ace Manufacturing does not mandate vaccines or boosters.
40 Hours paid vacation awarded at 90 days.
- Paid holidays eligible on day one.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machines in a manufacturing environment
- Perform routine maintenance on machines
- Ensure machines are running at optimal levels
- Monitor machines for any issues or malfunctions
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines
- Communicate with other team members and supervisors
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in machine operation
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $17.00 per hour and up dependent upon experience.
