· Set up and operate threading and cutting machines, ironworker, and punch press used for manufacture of stock and contract parts.

· Cuts and threads tie rods, cuts tubes and pipe, cuts / shears various bars, angles, punch holes in angles, cradles, cradle bars, type 500 shell pipe for all departments as per contract requirements.

· Thread / Cut personnel will be assigned the responsibility to operate the tube bend machine.

· Personnel operating the tube bender will also be responsible for running the (2) Burr Oak tube cutters in automatic mode.

· All reasonable efforts must be made to keep these machines operational while the tube bender is being utilized.

· Maintains current physical inventory data, as instructed, of spacing tubing and tie rod stock and various angles and bar stock for Material Control Department.

· Performs closely related duties as assigned.

· Adaptable to all new equipment that may be installed.

· Operates manual and CNC machines as updated.
