Following direction from the General Manager, the Stockroom Team Member is responsible for the daily operations of the facilities backroom, processing online orders, and completing custom orders. This will involve picking/packing, stuffing, sewing, and dressing the “furry friends”. Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.

Key responsibilities include:

• Shipping and Receiving shipment and orders.
• Complete additional duties as assigned based on business needs.

· Attention to detail; customer-service orientation; Ability to read and speak English fluently. Looking for someone who is flexible and adaptable to change, self-disciplined and open to coaching/supervision.

· Running screen printing and embroidery machines (training provided)

· Having a professional, constructive, and positive attitude

· Being able to effectively self-manage and organize so daily quotas are met

· Being able to comprehend and precisely follow written instructions

· Exhibiting extreme attention to detail required

· Being able to effectively organize supplies, inventory, and work area

Qualifications include:

· A minimum of a High School Diploma or a GED certificate.

· Preferred level of experience: 1-2 prior years distribution/warehouse or logistics experience.

· Ability to walk/stand/talk/hear 8 or more hours per day. Must be able to stand/walk the majority of the shift. Ability to lift 25 lbs frequently. Ability to use hands, fingers, reach with arms, stoop, kneel and bend.

· Accuracy and attention to detail; ability to multi-task.

· Ability to adhere to all safety standards.

· Reliable and dependable. Shows tenacity and commitment to tasks.

· Accepts supervision and coaching.

· Flexible and adaptable to change; must be willing to work in other departments in the facility as needed.

· Ability to communicate effectively with teammates and leadership.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
