Ace Express Coaches is seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day charter sales operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

• Assist in managing charter sales inquiries and bookings
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone
• Prepare and send sales quotes, contracts, and proposals
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of charters
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer inquires
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficient in MS Office and Coach Manager (CRM) software
• Knowledge of the transportation industry is a plus

Pay & Benefits

• $25 - $28/Hour (Experience Considered)
• $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees
• Overtime eligible - time and a half over 40 hours
