TITLE: Contracts Specialist I - JOB SUMMARY: Perform entry-level work in writing, negotiating, awarding, and administering professional services contracts. This position is involved in various procurement activities including the preparation of specifications, the bidding process, and the preparation, renewal, and monitoring of contracts. Work requires initiative and judgment; and is performed under the general direction of the Procurement Manager, or designee.
