We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Support General Manager to join our client’s team at our Redlands, CA location. The ideal candidate will oversee, plan, implement, upgrade, and monitor security protocols to protect the organization’s computer networks and information. Additionally, the candidate should possess expertise in EDI integration knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security protocols to safeguard the organization’s computer networks and sensitive information.
• Plan and execute upgrades to existing security systems to ensure maximum effectiveness against evolving threats.
• Monitor network activity and proactively identify and address potential security breaches or vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and procedures.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in cybersecurity and EDI integration technologies and best practices.
• Provide training and support to staff members on security protocols and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in system support or network security management.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, protocols, and technologies.
• Expertise in EDI integration knowledge.
• Previous experience working in logistics or manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH) are a plus.

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary up to $115,000 per year.
• Annual bonus of 12.5% - 17.5%, potentially increasing to 25% - 30% after 5 years of service.
