We are seeking to hire an experienced Office Manager who has excellent organizational skills and a personable disposition. The Office Manager will be instrumental in shaping visitors' first impressions and will also help us achieve organizational efficiency by nurturing a positive, inclusive and safe work environment.
Responsibilities - Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office, including booking and coordinating conference rooms, planning and preparing meetings and events; mailing and shipping packages; and supporting administrative and special projects as assigned, ensuring smooth office operation.
- Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders for new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as required.
- Oversee and maintain office equipment and appliances for uninterrupted function, identify needs and acquire supplies, manage vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services ensuring office and reception area are clean and safe.
- Manage all aspects of space/infrastructure planning (ex: moves, additions, changes to workstations) and provide answers, resources, and solutions when requested.
- Adhere health and safety plans and policies to ensure compliance with legal guidelines, assist with safety accidents investigations and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Provide other administrative support as necessary.

Qualifications - High school diploma required; additional qualifications in Office Administration are advantageous.
- Three to five years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Strong organizational and people skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
$48,500 - $73,000 a year
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $48,500 - $73,000. Pay will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education and training. This position may also be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, commission, or other variable pay plan.
